"Radars" project: It's time for solidarity

The Covid-19 has enter in our lifes and has altered the most basic areas: starting with daily socialization with strangers, continuing with work and undoubtedly leisure.

However, it cannot be ignored that vulnerable people (by age, social conditions, disability etc.) suffer the  confinement situation in a higher degree than citizens without these conditions.

It is within this framework, when society faces a new challenge, that the Barcelona City Council has promoted the 'Radars' project. This initiative wants to reach even better neighborliness, with recommendations so that the members of the owners' community take care of the people who need it. "
