Finques Feliu client attention protocol

At Feliu we have been preparing the de-escalation for days after the peak of the health crisis caused by COVID-19. Our activity has to be started again but with strict measures to preserve everybody's health. 

Specifically, since Monday 18th our offices are open to the public by appointment.

Below we explain the measures we will apply to ensure compliance with state regulations, as well as the safety of our workers and customers.

VISITS TO THE OFFICE

While the state of alarm lasts, we always prioritize the telematic route as far as possible:
In case of having to visit our offices, it will be necessary to ask for previous appointment and the schedule of attention will be from Monday to Friday from 9 to 14h.

- Only one person may be present at the visits.

- We will maintain the recommended safety distance of 2 m.

- The use of a protective mask is obligatory and the use of gloves is recommended. We will have hydroalcoholic gel in all the rooms.

- You will have to assist with all the precise material to carry out the visit, such as: documentation and pen for personal use. 

- We ask for punctuality to guarantee the necessary time to ventilate and disinfect the rooms properly between visits.

VISITS TO BUILDINGS

People who are interested in visiting an available property will have to make an appointment in advance.

There can only be one person inside the flat. If a companion is coming, they will have to enter separately. 

Our commercial agent will wait at the landing and will follow up the visit by telematic means, to avoid risks and minimize the time of contact and stay in the common spaces of the building.

The use of a mask will be compulsory, as well as the use of gloves is recommended.

 Our estate agent will have emergency protection material and hydroalcoholic ice, which will be provided to the client before the visit.

It will not be allowed to touch any surface or any object during the visit to the building, doors will be left open because the handles mustn't be touched.

At the end of the visit we will disinfect the interior of the property. 

MEETINGS  OWNERS' COMMUNITIES MEETINGS
 
Face-to-face meetings are not currently permitted. As soon as they can be resumed, this will be done with the corresponding preventive measures of social distance, social protection and health and according to the permitted capacity and in the necessary spaces for the meeting rooms.

As an alternative to face-to-face meetings, the current Horizontal Property Law in Catalonia allows, if the co-owners have the necessary means, such as access to the Internet or a smartphone, to attend telematic meetings.

Finques Feliu has the necessary knowledge and means, and offers all the support to our clients to facilitate access to online meetings, through simple virtual assistance platforms.

These differ very little from the traditional face-to-face system, and have many advantages, which from Finques Feliu will be actively promoted by our administrators.

GENERAL MEASURES

We have established diverse schedules for our workers in order to maintain and respect the safety distance.

Commonly used materials such as pens, papers, notebooks, etc. will be avoided. 

We have installed methacrylate protection screens and there will be hydroalcoholic ice in all rooms. We will also distribute masks to those who need them.

We will clean, disinfect and ventilate the offices on a daily basis. 

We will facilitate and encourage the use of digital signature to formalize any type of contract or signing of minutes with full legal validity.

These measures may be reviewed and modified according to new regulations and the evolution of the health crisis.
